Cancellation
You may cancel an ongoing engagement by giving written notice. The notice period is stated in your written agreement. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period.
Refunds
Whether a refund is available, and for how much, depends on the work already started or delivered and is set out in your written agreement. Where we agree a refund, it is returned to the original payment method.
Third-party costs
Costs paid to third parties on your behalf, such as publisher fees, are identified in your written scope. Whether they can be refunded depends on the third party and is explained in your scope.
How to request a change or refund
Submit your request through our contact page. We will confirm receipt and respond with next steps. If anything here conflicts with your written agreement, the agreement controls.
